English dancer Hayley Forskitt is a First Artist of The Royal Ballet. She trained at The Royal Ballet School and joined the Company in 2009, promoted to First Artist in 2013. 

Forskitt was born in Northampton. She graduated from The Royal Ballet School into Norwegian National Ballet, where her repertory included Dryad Queen (Don Quixote), Rose Fairy and Snow Queen (The Nutcracker), Crystal Fountain and Jewel (The Sleeping Beauty), Summer Fairy (Cinderella), Polyhymnia (Apollo) and roles in Four Temperaments and Forsythe’s Limbs Theorem and The Second Detail. She performed in the 2008 opening gala for the new Oslo opera house in Kristian Støvind’s I tid og rom for the opening gala. 

Forskitt’s Royal Ballet repertory includes Carabosse (The Sleeping Beauty), Mercedes and Queen of the Dryads (Don Quixote), Arabian dance (The Nutcracker), Lise’s friend (La Fille mal gardée), pas d’action(La Bayadère) and roles in Les Patineurs, Enigma Variations, The Firebird, Aeternum, Raven Girl, DGV: Danse à grande vitesse and Rhapsody. Forskitt has also created roles in the new works performed in The Royal Ballet’s Draft Works in the Linbury Studio Theatre. She modelled in London Fashion Week 2011 for designer Jayne Pierson, and in 2013 was photographed in Rick Guest’s series with The Royal Ballet ‘Now is all there is – Bodies in Motion’ with stylist Olivia Pomp.
